SMCCCD Faculty & Staff Request for Home Use of Microsoft Products

To obtain a Microsoft product for home use, submit a request to the ITS HelpCenter via our On-line Support Page. The HelpCenter will notify you via email when your software CD has been created and is ready for pickup at our office or we will send via Internal Mail. Depending on the volume of requests, this service may take from 2 to 5 days to complete. There is no cost to you for this service.

As part of the Microsoft Campus Agreement, the following Microsoft products are licensed to SMCCCD faculty and staff to load one copy of the software on a home computer for College related activities. For more information about these products visit the Microsoft website at: http://www.microsoft.com/ and select All Products.

• Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise (PC) : Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Groove, OneNote, Publisher and Outlook
• Office 2004 for Mac includes: Word , Excel , PowerPoint , Entourage
• Windows VISTA Enterprise

As a reminder, Information Technology Services cannot support the software on your home computer. As with any other software that you obtain for your home use, the installation and maintenance are your responsibility.
