ITS HelpCenter offers on-site and phone support for all technology related questions, including but not limited to, computer, printer, handheld or project related questions.
The HelpCenter can be access online by submitting a work order. The HelpCenter can also be contacted by telephone at x6543 or (650)574-6543 between 8:30am and 6pm Mon-Fri.
Centers for Teaching & Learning (CTL) - (top)
Provides faculty with training and support to allow them to effectively use technology to enhance student centered learning. The CTL has central locations for people to exchange ideas and methods of using technology to enhance the instruction and business process.
