Our Services
Are you developing your talent? The talent shortage is real. As the economy improves, the talent market tightens. And as more and more baby boomers are setting retirement dates, predictions loom that the U.S. will experience a severe shortage of skilled labor over the next 15 years. As a result, retaining and developing talent will be key drivers for your organization to succeed.

Do you have B players that can become A players? Training and upskilling is crucial in developing employees, and retaining employees that can be developed costs you far less than finding new talent options. Invest in your employees’ future and your organization.

Whether you’re looking for a one-time training to meet a particular need, a customized training program for your team, development of an internal training academy - or something else, we can help you achieve your objectives in a way that aligns with your larger goals.

Methods and Delivery
Corporate trainers use a variety of training methods depending on the topic, industry, client requirements or preferences, and size of the audience to be trained - including trainer-facilitated workshops, hands-on technical training, project-based training, small group workshops, expert presentations, coaching, and more.

Our broad menu of trainings can be taken "as-is" or can be customized to make them more suitable for your specific organization through incorporation of industry and company-specific examples, language, case studies, situations for role plays, and cultural descriptions and explanations. We also offer a full-design option, which includes building a completely new program from the first step to the end product in consultation with the client throughout the entire process.

Training Program Options
In addition to providing training for specific needs in any of the many areas described on this page, we offer  Training Programs with a menu of customizable options for you to choose from, as well as individual training options grouped by category.

In this workshop you will identify your preferred style, explore what its upsides and downsides are, and consider what you can draw on from other styles to adapt successfully to different circumstances and people.

A manager’s role in responding to the conflicts which are inevitable wherever humans interact is critical, whether it’s to prevent unnecessary conflicts from occurring, or to deal with them when they happen. Intercultural Communication for Managers

Clear and effective communication is rarely easy, and it gets still more challenging in multi-cultural settings. In this workshop we will explore ways to employ both.
