Webmail and Office 365 issues

New Web Email Issue

Please be aware that SMCCCD is currently having an issue with the log in process for Webmail and Office 365. Users attempting to log in are receiving the error message “Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in”

No other services appear to be affected.  Email is still accessible via an Outlook client or a mobile device – this only affects those accessing Webmail/O365 through a web browser.

ITS will continue to work on this issue until it is resolved.  We will provide updates as they are available.

NOTE: Faculty needing to send messages to students can use Quickmail inside WebAccess or send email to their class list in WebSMART until we have this issue resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please be aware that SMCCCD is currently having an issue with the log in process for Webmail and Office 365. Users attempting to log in are receiving error messages stating their username and/or passwords are incorrect.

No other services appear to be affected.  Email is still accessible via an Outlook client or a mobile device – this only affects those accessing Webmail/O365 through a web browser.
