NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the San Mateo County Community College District’s intent to recommend that the Board of Trustees certify a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) and adopt a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) for the College of San Mateo Building 20 Demolition Project.

All letters should be addressed to the San Mateo County Community College District, Office of the Chancellor, 3401 CSM Drive, San Mateo, CA 94402. Letters must be received by the District on or before the date of the hearing or can be submitted at the hearing.

PROJECT LOCATION: The Building 20 site is located in the interior of the College of San Mateo campus, located at 1700 Hillsdale Blvd., San Mateo, CA 94402.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The College of San Mateo Building 20 Demolition project would entail demolishing all existing structures and vegetation within the Project Change Site and replacing them with a single surface parking lot containing up to 208 uncovered parking stalls, along with attendant landscaping, lighting, signage, storm drainage, and security improvements.
