Description	Awarding of Honorary Associate of Arts degrees - From a publicity release: "Education Leaders Honored -- Dr. Julio L. Bortolazzo, left, president of College of San Mateo, awards honorary Associate in Arts degrees to Eleanore D. Nettle, center, and James R. Tormey. Presentations were a highlight of yesterday's college commencement exercises in the gymnasium. Mrs. Nettle, president of the college board, was described by Dr. Bortolaazzo as 'one of the outstanding junior college trustees in the nation.' Tormey, retiring in Janurary as county superintendent of schools, was praised for 'exemplary' service in that capacity and in his prior position as CSM director of adult education." 1960's
