Description	Caption reads "A GIFT OF FREEDOM -- Eleanore Nettle, chairman of San Mateo Junior College District's board of trustees, accepts from Jack Flaherty, Burlingame Exchange Club president, the donor plaque which accompanied club's 'Freedom Shrine' gift to college of 28 authentic reproductions of historically famous American documents. The materials, ranging from Jefferson's rough draft of the Declaration of Indepcndence to the official U.S. copy of the United Nations Charter, will be permanently displayed on the campus, in a location yet to be selected. Presentation was made during trustees' meeting at the college." 1960's
