Free PCR COVID-19 Testing at all School Sites
San Mateo County Community College District, through its partnership with COVID Clinic and San Mateo County Health (SMCH) , operates COVID-19 testing sites at Cañada College, College of San Mateo, and Skyline College. Testing is available to students, employees, and the public.
COVID Clinic Testing Services
Hours
Mondays–Thursdays: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Fridays: 10:00am – 3:00pm

The test is at no cost to the indvidual but an appointment is required
The tests are conducted with a nasal swab and results are provided within 24–72 hours.

Your COVID-19 Test Process
- Attend your scheduled testing appointment
- Park your car (if you drive) and walk up to the Kiosk
- On-location staff will check you in
- Staff will conduct nasal swab test and send sample to the lab
- Notification will be provided when your results are ready and available through your Covid Clinic account as soon as results are available.

Hours
Sundays–Thursdays, 8:00am – 2:00pm and 3:00pm – 8:00pm

The test is free but an appointment is required.
The tests are conducted with a nasal swab and results provided within 24–72 hours. The site has the capacity to test 1,000 people per day. Testing services are provided by OptumServe, the federal health business of Optum and UnitedHealth Group.

- Log in to your account
- Choose a testing location
- Schedule an appointment
By Phone
Call the LHI Call Center at (888) 634-1123 to make an appointment by phone.
Note:
Appointments for children under 13 cannot be made online and must be made by calling
the LHI Call Center.
Additional Details
- Please remain in your vehicle at all times.
- The test is no-cost to you but your insurance will be billed if available (please have your insurance information ready).
- Portable restrooms are available.
- SMCCCD employees and students who are working at CSM or the District Office, or attending a class at CSM, may walk to testing site.
