Welcome to our dynamic schedule for Group Fitness & Small Group Training, providing real-time updates for Instructor Substitutions, Holiday Hours and Schedules. Options include:

  • Filtering by: Day, Category (e.g. Cardio Blast), Class Name (e.g. Zumba) and Instructor.
  • Viewing instructor substitutions.
  • Send classes to your calendar using the “calendar” icon (at the far right), so you don’t forget to make time to attend class!
  • Printing a (PDF) schedule at home, office, traveling. PDF of Spring 2017 schedule and class descriptions can be found HERE.
  • Print custom weekly schedules using the selections: Category (e.g. Yoga or Cardio Blast), or Location (e.g. SPINNING Studio).
