Description	Announcement from John Hubbard and dated December 15, 1964, reads "HONORED FOR 'BIG GIVE' --Wilfred L. Wayland, right, associate directorof the United Crusade's education division in San Mateo County, presents certificate of achievement to College of San Mateo leaders in 1964 campaign. Total college contributions were a record-breaking $3807, an increase of approximately 36 per cent over last year's figure. Raymond I. Balsley, left, headed the faculty solicitation; Mrs. George K. Castle, center, was in charge of the project among other college employees." Note: Ray Balsley is a member of the Physical Education Department and Mrs. George K. (Ruth) Castle is secretary to Vice-President Bill Goss. 1960's
