Shipping Documentation Preparation
Currently FedEx cannot bill each shipment to an individual procurement card via the FedEx website from each of the unique College account numbers. Users should prepare a hand written airbill. You can call 800 – go-fedex to order a supply of airbills preprinted with the account number. Please contact Bob Domenici at 650-358-6728for the account number. In the payment portion of the airbill each individual can hand write his/her procurement card number when they prepare a shipment. The procurement card will be directly billed for the shipment as opposed to the account number.
