- If you require the student to pay rent in cash, you must sign this receipt form every month.
- This form can also be used during the initial move-in day when you receive two months' rent in advance.
- The student must give you a 30-day written notice before moving out, or else they may risk losing some or all of their $500 deposit.
- For any reason, if you need the student to move out, you must sign and give them this form 30 days in advance.
