This project will modernize the District Office restrooms with improved energy efficiency and ventilation, as well as fixture replacements. Drinking fountains with bottle filling stations will be available on each floor.

The construction schedule has been designed to minimize closure periods as well as disruption to staff. The Contractor will perform the noisiest demolition work during evening hours.
Careful attention to building air quality and general tidiness will remain a focus throughout the project. Dust will be confined to the work area by sealing ducts, installing plastic barriers and sticky mats at the point of entry, and frequent vacuuming.
