Rae Ann Ianniello holds a Master’s degree in Communication, two teaching credentials, a certificate in Human Resources Management and a Master Trainer certificate from NUMMI (Toyota affiliate). She has served as the President of the HR Connection (a professional educational and networking group), and is a member of the American Society for Training & Development. Rae Ann has presented courses using several modalities including Instructor-led, hybrid, and online courses for a wide variety of organizations, including high-tech, start-ups, profits and non-profits, large and small businesses, and government agencies. A dynamic, hands-on instructor, she delivers in‑depth training that is interactive, practical, and fun!
Jackie Welch, Certified Coach, Facilitator and Trainer has a diverse leadership background with 25+ years of corporate experience driving business results, embracing culture change, and working in collaboration with other teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. She is an experienced workshop facilitator working with organizations to identify potential gaps and implement solutions. Jackie is also a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and has also completed her required studies in Learning & Development in the area of Instructional Design and Delivery. Her Credentials consist of: DDI Certified Facilitator, Instructional Design, Certified Coach, CPCC and Minority Business Owner (MWBE).
Deepak has dedicated all 20 years of his career to helping individuals, teams, and organizations in being the best versions of themselves. As a certified facilitator and coach, he designs and facilitates strategic change interventions, leads workshops for senior and middle management and is a coach to corporate executives. Deepak consults and provides coaching to a diverse range of organizations including government and non-government organizations, Silicon Valley technology start-ups, universities, and Forbes Fortune 500 companies. He brings a fusion of methodologies like IT-enabled collective intelligence tools and experiential learning exercises along with a deep understanding of systems thinking and interpersonal dynamics to the interventions he designs and leads. Deepak has earned his doctorate in Organization Development (OD) and holds a master’s degree in business administration. He has acquired professional credentials from courses undertaken at prestigious institutions like the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Kansas Leadership Center, the NTL Institute, Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Sciences (ISABS) and Group Relations India (GRI). As a strong business partner, consultant and coach with over 37 years business experience, Doug consistently brings individuals, teams, and whole organizations to higher levels of performance. With a focus on professional development and teambuilding, Doug designs, develops, and delivers a variety of learning and organization development programs targeted to improve individual, team, and organizational performance. Doug’s expertise includes customized online and live course development, blended learning, e-learning, project management, organizational change management, and process improvement. Doug holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organization Development, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a licensed professional engineer with the State of California, and is a Certified Management Consultant with the Institute of Management Consultants USA. Sandy Benz is deeply passionate about the people side of organizational change — with expertise in leader and team development, employee engagement, change and transition management and emotional intelligence. Her 20-year career in organizational development has involved coaching, consulting and facilitating leaders to adjust one’s mindsets, behaviors and outcomes particularly in the areas of interpersonal dynamics. Clients have described her approaches as engaging, proactive and results oriented. Jonathan Bissell oversees CCCE Corporate Training Solutions and is Executive Director of Community, Continuing and Corporate Education (CCCE) with SMCCCD. He is a seasoned leader with expertise in designing and delivering training for U.S. and international private and public-sector organizations, including diverse organizations such as Google, Snowflake, Accenture, UNIMINUTO, San Mateo County Human Services Agency, Main Street Launch, SamTrans, and SEIU Education Fund. He is a Certified Contract Trainer, Certified Executive Coach, High Performance Patterns Coach, Board Certified Coach (BCC), ACC ICF-Credentialed Coach, and a Milestone Coach with the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center’s Milestone Makers start-up founder acceleration program. Jonathan is the recipient of the 2020 Star Performer award for Leadership by the California Community College’s Contract Education (CE) Technical Assistance Provider (TAP), awarded to contract education programs making exceptional contributions to the field of workplace education and training. He is also a recipient of the 2020 International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Foundation Award of Excellence. Bill Collins is passionate about helping people become better leaders. He has consulted and coached privately and in collaboration with Berkeley Innovation Group and Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, where he received his executive coaching certificate. His range of clients includes Adobe, UC Health, and Recology. Bill holds an MBA with honors from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business. Now a lecturer at Haas, he teaches Creativity & Leadership and Leadership Communications to undergraduate and MBA students, covering topics such as authentic leadership, coaching, design thinking, innovation, lean startup, and futuring. Bill has also spent more than 10 years in the private sector in analytics, product, and marketing roles.
Claire Laughlin, MA, is a dynamic and engaging trainer and consultant who uses experiential and innovative methods to help business leaders, teams and organizations become happy, high-energy workplaces. Michelle Waters, MA, leverages over twenty years of corporate training and coaching experience and a Master’s in Communication to empower clients with the winning combination of purpose, strategy, and practical tools to get results. She honors the trust and relationship aspects of each client encounter, and strives to maintain a positive, worthwhile learning environment for all enables self-awareness, goal clarification, and alignment with potential. Michelle is passionate about assisting others to improve their leadership skills, interpersonal relationships, executive presence, service and speaking skills – and has trained clients in California, Australia, the Netherlands, and Spain. In addition to designing and delivering customized training, Michelle is approved to teach materials for Korn Ferry, Development Dimensions International (DDI), and Stephen Covey’s Speed of Trust. Ravi Kalluri, MSEE (Stanford), MBA (Kellogg), PMP and Certified Scrum Master, has more than 20 years of experience leading complex programs at Citrix, Ericsson, CA Technologies, VeriSign and Motorola. Ravi's core expertise is in Project Risk Management, with 9 years of experience teaching Project Management. Ravi is also a Certified Scrum Master and is highly skilled at teaching Agile Project Management using Scrum.
Nancy Nelson, SPHR-CA, GPHR, is a senior HR leader and practitioner with extensive hands-on experience developing and implementing HR strategies for start-up and small businesses, emerging high-growth and multi-national corporations across a wide range of industries and sectors. She has consulted and trained at Nortel Networks, Fujikin of America, CNEX Labs, Transera, Omnicell, and several California colleges including UC Santa Cruz Extension and California State University East Bay.
