Building 13 is a heavily scheduled building that is used by a variety of departments. The first level has four classrooms that are specialized for use in a variety of business and workplace development classes. The Interior Design department resides in two of these classrooms. Classrooms were in desperate need of basic, cosmetic renovations, as well as acoustical treatments to decrease echoes. Eighteen classrooms in this general use building were renovated to provide enhanced instructional environments. The scope of work included: acoustical upgrades, paint, flooring, window covering, white boards, tackable panels and new furniture. Two classrooms received overhead projectors and speakers.
