Building 17 is part of a small complex interconnected to Buildings 16 and 18 by exterior covered walkways. The organization and orientation of these buildings reflect the original campus master plan that envisioned a much larger campus. The three-building complex is not easily accessible from the existing campus. Access between buildings is circuitous, and facilities tend to be replicated rather than shared. ADA Accessibility needs to be addressed in each building. Approach to doors is inadequate, restrooms need to be upgraded and signage needs to be replaced. Major roof leakage has been observed at each building. Classroom renovations will improve and consolidate teaching facilities for existing programs.
