PROJECT DESCRIPTION: |
|
Placement of approximately 10 contractor job trailers and associated utilities on the lawn at the east side of Buildings 10 and 11 |
|

|
SCHEDULE: |
|
Site preparation and power and delivery of the trailers are scheduled for 3/17 thru 4/10. Electrical work and trenching along the southeast corner of building 12 will take place from 3/17 thru 3/28. Grading of the grass area behind building 10 and 12, select tree removal and building pad construction will take place from 3/31 thru 4/4. Saw cutting and trenching across the loop road from bldg. 34 to the rear of building 12 will take place over the weekend of 4/5. Trailers will arrive between 4/7 and 4/10 also between 4/14 and 4/17 and will be delivered before 7 am each day to decrease traffic congestion. |

CAMPUS IMPACT: |
|
During trailer delivery 18 wheel trucks with 14’ wide trailers will be circulating through the site using the loop road. Access to Building 34 from Buildings 10, 11 and 12 will need to be from the north side of Building 12 or the south side of Building 10. Center walkway from Building 11 will be in path of trailer delivery. Keep in mind the deliveries should be complete by 7 a.m. of each day of delivery. Saw cutting and trenching across the loop road from Building 34 will force the closure of that area of the road for the weekend. |
