PROJECT NAME:

Canada  Building 8 to Building 9 Swing

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The office moves of all administrators and staff in building 8 to building 9.

SCHEDULE:

July 28, 2008      8:00am to 4:00 pm  B9 furniture move out
July 29, 2008      8:00am to 4:00 pm   B8 office move day
July 30, 2008      8:00am to 4:00 pm   Post move follow up

CAMPUS IMPACT:

Swing of all people from building 8 into building 9, rooms 208, 209, 209A, 214, 253, 254, 353, 352.  Movers will be de-installing furniture, walking it across campus to the other buildings, and reinstalling it as necessary.  Expect the sound of power tools and general moving noise.
