Cañada College – Gateways Project

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

As a part of the Gateways Project, new roadwork will be occurring at the Canada Primary Gateway Loop Road & simultaneous Closure of Lot 7 will occur.  This portion of the campus loop road will be partially closed during construction of a new Road & parking Lot 7 closed for new asphalt. Care should be taken as one drives through these areas under construction.

SCHEDULE:

October 06, 2008 through December 19, 2008
Note efforts are made to expedite this schedule to allow the road to be reopened early.

CAMPUS IMPACT:

The Parking Lot 7 at the top of the hill will be closed, as well as this portion of the campus loop road.  The closure of Parking Lot 7 will affect the availability of Campus parking; recommend allowing additional time to find parking.  Traffic congestion should be anticipated at the intersections where roads narrow, even though signs will be posted.    See this map for exact locations.
