Cañada College –Gateways Project

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

As a part of the Gateways Project, a new 60” box Tree, weighing approx. 10,000 lbs., will be planted at the intersection of the Loop Road and Campus Road going to the bus stop.

SCHEDULE:

June 10th, 2009; between 7AM and Noon. We hope to finish early.

CAMPUS IMPACT:

A Construction crane and other equipment will be staged on the “pass thru” at the “Pork Chop” Circular Planter, blocking off the Southbound (downhill) traffic lane while hoisting and planting operations are completed.
Please use the Northbound or Westbound Loop Road to exist the Campus.
All efforts will be made to complete this work early. Safety precautions will be in place including but not limited to barricades, orange traffic safety cones and flagmen. Please follow any directions to avoid working areas. Please, do not approach the cranes as tempting as that may be. Thank You.
