Hello everyone – as we ready our new Building 11 (Automotive Transmission Facility) for its opening soon - we want to make sure its fire alarm system is functioning properly.
Final testing will occur on Thursday, March 11 – between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. - and could affect other buildings on main campus.
This means you could hear the fire alarms going off and observe strobe lights blinking in various buildings on campus at various times during this testing period.
This could be disturbing at times . . . but there is no cause for building evacuation or any emergency response procedures.
Pacific Heights, Childcare Center and Loma Chica will not be affected by this final test of the fire alarm system for Building 11.
