PROJECT NAME:

Cañada College B8 MPOE A/C Replacement

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Replacement of the A/C units in the MPOE room (adjacent to the administration offices in B8 and the restrooms in B5); and the replacement of the condenser units on the roof behind the parapet wall at B5.

                        SCHEDULE:

NOISY WORK is on:  Friday, September 30, 2011.
Construction work continues the following weeks. 

              CAMPUS IMPACT:

RESTROOMS ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF BUILDING 5 WILL BE CLOSED ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 30.  (Third Floor of Building 5 = First Floor of Building 8).  The nearest available restrooms will be on the First Floor of Building 5.  The re-opening of the restrooms will follow immediately after the core drilling and piping is complete in the area.

THE CORE DRILLING NOISE will be continuous during the day on Friday, September 30, affecting primarily Building 8.

The District will have the fire alarm disabled in the MPOE room and at the B5 restroom areas.
