2025 Facilities Master Plan Amendment

At SMCCCD, we are dedicated to thoughtful, future-focused planning that supports student success, equity, and long-term sustainability across our campuses. In alignment with our 2025–2030 Strategic Plan, we are pleased to share the 2025 Facilities Master Plan Amendment (FMPA).  

This update builds upon the 2022 Facilities Master Plan and reflects post-pandemic learning trends, updated enrollment projections, and new State guidelines. It reaffirms key projects while identifying emerging needs in housing, modernization, and space optimization. The FMPA represents our shared vision for vibrant, flexible, and inclusive learning environments that serve students and communities well into the future.

We would like to thank the many students, employees, and community members who provided feedback during the drafting process. Your input helps shape a facilities roadmap that is responsive, equitable, and built for impact.
