CSM Bldg 17 Learning Communities Modernization

Benefits

This project will enable the District to create a home for student Learning Communities (Puente Project, Umoja, Mana, Honors Project and Project Change), most coming from other building locations within the CSM campus. This renovation will create an environment for the students to gather to share ideas and experiences of their education and a place for social interaction in a welcoming environment.

March- July 2018: Develop Procurement Contract Documents
Aug- Sep 2018: Proposal Period
Oct- Nov 2018: Board Approval of Contract
Nov 2018- Aug 2019: Construction
Sep 2019: Occupancy
