The College Ridge is a three-story complex, 30 units project on a 2-acre site located at Skyline College, 3300 College Drive, San Bruno, CA 94066, a campus of the San Mateo County Community College District.

The multi-family development offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments spread amongst two 15-unit buildings. The homes provide comfortable kitchens and great rooms, private outdoor space, and plentiful access to natural light. Each unit has a dedicated covered parking space and secure bicycle storage. The buildings connect to two native landscape outdoor areas including a resident BBQ amenity. Traditional American architectural design elements and details welcome the project into the existing adjacent residential neighborhood.

Designed to be LEED Gold certified, the project incorporates numerous environmentally friendly and energy efficient features including but not limited to: EnergyStar appliances, low-emitting products, on-site electric car charging stations, native and drought tolerant landscaping, and the use of environmentally preferable building products.
