Overview of District Participatory Governing Council

• Board Policy 2.08   (2510): establishes DPGC’s purview, membership, quorum, and voting process.  
• Administrative Procedure 2.08.1   (2510) stipulates that BP 2.08 is reviewed at the beginning of each academic year for compliance and effectiveness. 

How to View Current Board Policies and Administrative Procedures

• Board Policies and Procedures legacy webpage: lists Board Policies and Administrative Procedures that use older decimal number system (for example, BP 1.01).
• Board Policies and Procedures BoardDocs portal: updated Board Policies and Administrative Procedures are migrating to the BoardDocs portal and use four-digit numbers (for example, BP 1200).

  • This Smartsheet can only be accessed by DPGC members. It requires logging in using your OneLogin information.
  • This Smartsheet allows members to comment on current draft proofs as well as review earlier draft proofs that came to previous DPGC meetings.
