Who is Eligible to Enroll

To be eligible for enrollment in the Part-Time Faculty Health Insurance Program at SMCCCD, part-time faculty must have a minimum of 0.4 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) with SMCCD.

How to Enroll

Please make your Spring 2026 Benefit Elections by completing our secure online form. This form allows you to add yourself and any eligible dependents to your medical plan.

After this special Open Enrollment period, changes to your medical insurance will require a Qualifying Event. For more information, please refer to the Qualifying Event FAQs  .
