Required Screening Committee Training
The Benefits of Diversity and Understanding Unconscious Bias
This two-hour training is required before serving on a District screening committee and is valid for three years from the date of completion.
The training supports the District’s commitment to a diverse workforce and addresses the benefits of diversity and the elimination of bias during the screening process.
Participants must attend the entire session to receive credit. Virtual participants will need access to Zoom, audio, and the ability to view the presentation.

Classified Professional Development
This professional development funding opportunity is available only to eligible classified employees assigned to the District Office.
Employees assigned to Cañada College, College of San Mateo, or Skyline College must use the professional development form provided by their college.
Applications should be submitted at least 30 days in advance. Funding is limited to $2,500 per fiscal year and is not guaranteed until approved.
