What if I have an outstanding balance?
Outstanding account balances are subject to referral to a collection agency. All student records are automatically held until all outstanding debts to the San Mateo County Community College District have been cleared.
What if I have a credit from a previous term that I want to apply to my current term balance?
If you have registered for classes and have a credit from a previous term that you would like to apply to your current term balance, it will be posted to your account during the overnight sync process. If you would like to pay prior to the overnight sync process, you can click on the term you wish to pay and adjust the Net term balance to be the difference between your credit from the previous term and what you owe for the current term. For assistance or questions, contact the Cashier's Office.
Do you offer credits and refunds?
