My Tasks & Success Plans
What are Tasks & Success Plans
Tasks are assigned by members of your Success Team, they are individual actions you
may need to take to progress in your journey at San Mateo County Community College
District.
Success Plans are groups of tasks related to one another. Some Success Plans are required
in order to enroll in classes or participate in a support program, other Success Plans
are optional. You can think of Success Plans as a way we organize individual tasks.
How to View Your Tasks & Success Plans
To see your tasks and success plans, click on the “My Tasks” tab.
If you have Success Plans assigned to you, they will appear at the top of your page.
Each Success Plan is grouped underneath it’s own grey header bar.
If you have individual Tasks assigned to you, they will appear underneath the grey
header bar titled “General Tasks”
You can see the status of each Task on this page, as well as toggle to display or
hide “Incomplete Tasks" or “Complete Tasks”.
Click on a Task to see more information about how you can complete each step like in the example below. You can find additional information under “Next Steps”
