Assessment and Placement
Assessment and Placement are an important part of the matriculation process as it helps students determine which English, Math and English as a Second Language (ESL) class is most appropriate based on their previous school experience, program of study (POS) and transfer institution. Below are the criteria used to recommend students based on their previous school experience.
Please note that any placement you receive allows registration in that level course and any lower level courses.
Students should meet with an Academic Counselor to determine the best pathway and courses to take based on their educational goals.
