HEERF

The San Mateo County Community College District publishes regular reports on this web page of its distribution of Higher Education Emergency Relief Funds (HEERF) to students. The District also publishes here its quarterly budget and expenditure reporting. Three separate emergency relief packages have been released since May 2020 in response to COVID-19 as follows:

The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, also known as the CARES Act or HEERF I.

The Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act , also known as CRRSAA or HEERF II.

The American Rescue Plan also known as ARP or HEERF III.
