Payroll

The primary function of District Payroll is to process data to produce accurate and timely payment of salary/wages of employees in accordance with District policy, federal and state laws, Education Code and contractual agreements. Working in coordination with the Human Resources Department, Campus payroll clerks.  Payroll offices are located in Business Services at each campus.  All payroll related processing for permanent employees are handled in District Office.  Part-time faculty and overload are handled on each campus.
