SMCCCD provides employees and their families with access to Claremont Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a free and confidential resource for personal, family, financial, legal, and work/life concerns.
What can EAP help with?
You do not need to wait for a crisis to use EAP. Claremont can connect you with support, information, and resources for many of life's everyday and more difficult situations.

Is the EAP confidential?
Yes. Claremont treats participation in the EAP as confidential and protects your privacy to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Does EAP cost anything?
There is no cost to eligible employees and covered household members for covered EAP services. Services should be coordinated through Claremont.
Who in my family can use EAP?

How many counseling sessions are included?
