Completion of registration for BAPA implies that you have read and are in agreement with these policies for each student you register. Our refund policy is also written below for your convenience.

Refund Policy

We are  live for 2024!   We're excited to offer a fun and robust "in-person" learning experience this summer. Thank you for your continued support and engagement!

  • Full Refund by 4/30/2024: A full refund will be issued less the $15 processing fee if the cancellation request was submitted in writing by 4/30/2024.
  • Partial Refund by 5/07/2024: A partial refund (50%) will be issued if the cancellation request was submitted in writing by 5/07/2024.
  • No refunds will be issued if written cancellation request is received after 5/07/2024.

In the event that BAPA cancels any session (full session - does not pertain to a cancelled class)  full refunds will be provided (with no processing fee).  

Note: BAPA reserves the right to amend any of its rules and policies and further reserves the right to refuse a student’s registration.
