Early Bird Discount
Sign up early and receive an automatic 10% off each BAPA class! Customize your child's schedule by choosing any combination of academic, enrichment, and fitness classes.
**This discount only applies to the middle school/early high school program for rising 6th grade - rising 9th grade**

BAPA Session 1 Regular Pricing: $178.20 per class
BAPA Session 1 Early Bird Pricing: $160.38 per class
BAPA Session 2 and 3 Regular Pricing: $198 per class
BAPA Session 2 and 3 Early Bird Pricing: $178.20 per class
A $10 materials fee will be included with the following classes: Charcoal Drawing, Needle Felting, Multi-Media Art, Wire Sculpture, Acrylic Painting, Sculpture w/ paper mache, Pencils & Pastels, Illustration, 3D Pop up cards, Fun with Automata, and Intro to Gardening.

SIBILING DISCOUNT
Enroll all of your children in our BAPA Summer Programs and save big this summer!
This includes BAPA Jr Camp, BAPA Sports Camps, and BAPA (academic, enrichment & fitness) for rising 6th to 9th graders.
2 children= $50.00 off
3 children= $100.00 off
4 children= $150.00 off
To receive the sibling discount, please email communityed@smccd.edu and provide all of your children's names. Our staff will issue the sibling discount back to the card on file. (If registering on a weekend or a holiday, please allow until the following Monday or workday for an email confirmation). Refunds will show on your credit card 5-10 business days after the transaction date.
**Sibling discount excludes Spring Break Camps**
Student Conduct Policy
At BAPA, we’re dedicated to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all students.
Please take a moment to review our Student Conduct Policy and Refund Policy before completing registration.
By finalizing your registration, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these policies for each student you enroll.
For your convenience, our refund policy is also provided below.
Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to prepare and staff our programs effectively.
Full Refund — by April 30, 2026
A full refund (minus a $15 processing fee) will be issued if a written cancellation request is received by April 30, 2026.
Partial Refund — by May 7, 2026
A 50% refund will be issued if a written cancellation request is received by May 7, 2026.
After May 7, 2026
No refunds will be issued after this date.
Instead, families will receive a one-year credit voucher valid for the following year’s BAPA session.
Vouchers may be transferred to a sibling only if the originally registered student has aged out of the program.
Program Cancellations
If BAPA cancels a full session (not just an individual class), families will receive a full refund with no processing fee.

BAPA reserves the right to:
